Are you of little faith?

Image
Hey Family,  He said to them,  “Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was [at once] a great  and  wonderful calm [a perfect peacefulness]. -Matthew 8:26 (AMP) The word of the day is faith. You aren't always going to know how things will turn out, but you should always know that God will work them out. Continue to stay motivated, focused, and continue to move when God tells you to move. Give everything that you have, and watch God move on your behalf in the places where you are in need.  P.S. Remember to thank and praise God before and after He blesses you.  I love y'all.  Love,  CQ

Yup, you need this one. Open for a surprise.

I don't have much to say this week. However,  it's so important to remember that you aren't perfect. You're going to make mistakes no matter how hard you try. It's ok, you're human. Stop being so hard on yourself. Growth is a process that you should embrace not dread. Keep growing, I'm proud of you.  Love,  CQ

OPERATE FROM PEACE

If it ain't peace I don't want it.  MAN! As I get older, I'm learning more and more what genuine peace feels like. Being young, there is so much chaos you have to encounter. I used to believe that you have to find peace in the chaos, but now I realize you to bring peace. Fire fighters don't go into burning buildings looking for water. They bring it and are prepared for whatever degree of flames they have to put out.  Life is always going to be full of ups and downs, challenges, and foreign experiences. Operating from peace is what's going to help you through those experiences. At peace, you're able to make sounder decisions. You're not scrambling at every problem or issue that may arise. Instead of letting the anxiety overtake you, you take control of the anxiety.  3 things that have been helping be at peac...

Did you write your own story? An extension of last week's topic...

I typically write on Wednesday's but God has just been speaking to me heavily over this past weekend.  He continued the on-going discussion about last week's topic in my heart. ( I would suggest reading the last post before you continue reading this one.)  Sometimes Christians can be so dismissive of people who identify as homosexual. Once we figure out that someone is homosexual, we begin to discredit and dismiss every other thing that person does. We forget that they are human, we forget to love them, we forget that they are talented, we forget that THEY HAVE FEELINGS.  I think in this generation we take the saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover" for granted. We see other people's "covers" and begin to write our own story about THEIR life. We don't actually get to know them. We just throw them on the shelf... Again, I challenge everyone to love one another. Open your heart. Open your arms. Open your doors. Fill your heart with love so t...
